MELT Burgers collects only what we need to cook, deliver and support your order.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and order details. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses, favourites, order history and loyalty balance.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to run loyalty and offers, and to understand which items sell. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Only our staff, according to their role, and the delivery rider handling your order. Access is enforced by our systems, not by trust alone.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your account details at any time by emailing our team.
